Cygnus re-examines public archive data for signals that survey pipelines may have discarded, and records every test that could show a signal is an artifact. This site publishes the parts of that work the operator has chosen to release.
Figures are counted when the site is built, not streamed live. Ledger figures are totals only; the ledger itself is not published.
No discovery claims
No candidate dossier has been published, and the provenance ledger holds 0 candidate records. What is here today is infrastructure: specifications, a draft campaign plan, archive-access tests, and their provenance.
Each row is one staged pack from a public archive. Counts are manifest rows: products retrieved and held in private project storage, rows excluded before retrieval, and failed attempts. Failures are kept as part of the record.
The first end-to-end check of the MAST client and provenance ledger: one small TESS full-frame-image cutout retrieved, checksummed, ledgered and checked for completeness. A data-health check, not an astrophysical measurement.

Two bounded analyses of TESS SPOC 120-s light curves of WASP-12 (TIC 86396382). The known planet WASP-12 b was recovered in Sector 20 as a pipeline check; a residual screen of Sectors 20 and 43 found no excursion outside the known transit window. No candidate.
Provenance record of a bounded test retrieval from eight anonymous-access archives (MAST, Gaia, SkyView, CDS, NED, ESO, IRSA, Legacy Surveys) around benchmark fields and well-known targets. Engineering baseline for access and provenance tooling; no scientific analysis has been run on it.
